Terms and Conditions Of Hire

  • Wedding vehicles are generally supplied for a minimum of 3 HOURS, wedding transfers can also be arranged.
  • Overtime is payable at the rate applicable and is calculated by per quarter hour and is payable upon arrival by the final destination.
  • All Wedding bookings are to be finalised ONE-WEEK prior to wedding day.
  • All vehicles are non-smoking.
  • No Food or Drink to be consumed in vehicles.
  • Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to enter the vehicles.
  • Customers will be liable for ALL damages to the vehicle.
  • If the vehicles have to travel down a excessively muddy road you may be required to pay a cleaning fee, the hirer is liable for the full cost of cleaning or repair.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Weddings- A deposit of $200 per car is required to secure the booking. Bookings cancelled within 3 months prior to the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking unless extraordinary circumstances can be shown. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of the deposit.
